The Fort of Socoa
Socoa Partners is a Commercial Real Estate Company located in Murrieta, California (County of Riverside). It was founded by two French-born Entrepreneurs and life-long friends, Fabrice Vuillemey and Joel Bordes, who migrated with their families to the United States in the early ’90s, driven by opportunity and a relentless desire to achieve.
Building upon a 30 year friendship and capitalizing on more than 20 years of separate experiences in all aspects of business management in a wide range of industries and two different countries, they have built in Socoa Partners a company that mirrors the values that are the essence of their friendship : integrity, respect, dependability, ambition … and fun!
The Company was named after a small Basque harbor village named Socoa, notoriously anchored around a tiny military fort commissioned by Vauban in the 17th century.
